Terms of Service

Last updated: June 7, 2026

These Terms explain the rules for using Thea, an AI Discord companion bot. By inviting, configuring, or interacting with Thea, you agree to these Terms.

1. Thea's Service

Thea is a Discord bot that provides AI conversations, personality presets, roleplay-style interactions, server setup tools, latency checks, and optional voice-channel interaction through premium commands.

2. Eligibility and Discord Rules

You must follow Discord's Terms of Service, Discord's Community Guidelines, and the rules of any server where Thea is installed. Server owners and administrators are responsible for configuring Thea appropriately for their communities.

3. User Responsibilities

4. AI Responses and Generated Content

Thea uses automated systems to generate responses. AI responses may be incomplete, inaccurate, unexpected, or inappropriate. You are responsible for how you use, share, or rely on any output from Thea.

5. Commands and Features

Thea may include commands such as /personality, /setup, /join, and simple text commands such as !ping. Features may change, be limited, or be removed at any time to improve reliability, safety, or performance.

6. Premium Features

Some features, including voice-channel interaction through /join, may be offered as premium features. Premium availability, access, pricing, and limits may change over time. Any premium access can be suspended or removed if these Terms are violated.

7. Administrative Controls

Thea includes owner/admin-only controls for maintenance and moderation, including restarting the bot, syncing commands, blacklisting users, and removing users from the blacklist. These controls are intended to protect the bot and community from abuse.

8. Blacklisting and Access Restrictions

We may temporarily or permanently restrict access to Thea for users who violate these Terms, abuse the service, attempt to disrupt the bot, or create safety or moderation concerns. Blacklist entries may include a Discord user ID, reason, and duration.

9. Availability

Thea is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, error-free operation, command availability, voice availability, or permanent access to any feature.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thea and its developers are not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, inability to use, or reliance on Thea.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Thea after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Contact

Questions, reports, or appeals can be sent through the Support Server or by email at zeciscute@gmail.com.
